By enrolling in the Residential Design Academy (AC001) or otherwise using Arkified's website, content, or community spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use our services.
1. About the Course
The Residential Design Academy is a self-paced, digital educational course covering residential space planning, designed as a study supplement primarily for architecture, engineering, and interior design students, as well as anyone interested in learning residential design fundamentals. Founders Access is an early-access offer: Modules 01–04 are unlocked now, and Modules 05–14 are released one module per week until Module 14. Each module comes with its own quiz, and each of the course's three days includes an activity. Founders Access also includes 8 free bonus stacks: six are available now, and two (the "1-on-1" Plate Walkthrough and the "Zero-Violations" Exterior Code Cheat Sheet) are added to your classroom as the remaining modules are released, with no extra payment. Content is delivered through an online classroom.
2. Enrollment & Payment
- Founders Access is available for a one-time payment of ₱790 (PHP), unless otherwise stated on this page. No further payment is required for the weekly module releases, the bonuses, or lifetime access.
- The ₱790 Founders price is a specialized 43% discount from the regular price of ₱1,390, offered to our waitlist members and earliest supporters before the course opens to the public.
- Founders Access is limited to 100 students. Once that limit is reached, Founders Access enrollment closes.
- Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. By enrolling, you also agree to PayMongo's applicable terms for payment processing.
- Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Access & Delivery
- Once your payment is confirmed, a classroom invitation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
- Please double-check your email address at checkout — we are not responsible for access issues caused by an incorrect email.
- Founders Access unlocks Modules 01–04 once you accept your classroom invitation. Modules 05–14 are released one module per week until Module 14, and Founders receive each module as it is released. Founders Access includes lifetime access to the Residential Design Academy, including every module and bonus as it is released, for as long as the course remains available through our classroom platform. All access is for your personal, non-commercial use.
4. License & Permitted Use
Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not:
- Share your account or classroom access with others
- Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course videos, slides, PDFs, or bonuses in whole or in part
- Use course materials to create a competing product or service
Violation of these terms may result in removal of access without a refund.
5. Refunds
The Residential Design Academy is a digital educational product. Access begins once your payment is confirmed and you accept your classroom invitation, and the remaining modules and bonuses are released on the schedule described in these Terms and on our sales page.
As stated on our sales page and in Section 1, the course is designed primarily as a study supplement for architecture, engineering, and interior design students, as well as anyone interested in learning residential design fundamentals. It is your responsibility to review the course description, module list, and sales page before enrolling to decide whether the course fits your level and needs.
Refunds are not available for change of mind. This includes being unimpressed with the course, disliking the teaching style, already knowing some or all of the material, finding the content too basic or too advanced for your level, or not using the course.
This section does not limit any rights you have under Philippine law, including remedies for misrepresentation or for content that is not delivered as described. If you believe the course was not delivered as described, email support@arkified.com within 7 days of enrollment with your name, the email used at checkout, your payment reference, and the details of your concern. Requests that do not include a payment reference may not be processed until it is provided. We will review your request in good faith and respond within 3 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, scripts, slides, graphics, downloadable bonuses, and the Arkified brand — is owned by Arkified and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrollment does not transfer ownership of any of these materials to you. "Own it forever" refers to your lifetime access to the course; it is a license to access and use the materials, not a transfer of ownership or copyright.
7. Community Guidelines
If you join our Discord community, you agree to participate respectfully and in good faith. Arkified reserves the right to remove members who engage in harassment, spam, or other disruptive behavior, at our discretion.
8. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
The Residential Design Academy is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes, designed primarily as an academic supplement and tutoring resource. It is not a substitute for formal education, professional training, or a license to practice architecture, engineering, or interior design. This course should not be used as the sole basis for designing, renovating, or constructing a house or any structure, for yourself or others. For any actual renovation, construction, or professional design project, you should consult a licensed architect, engineer, or other qualified professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkified and its creators shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or mishaps arising from the use, misuse, or application of the knowledge presented in this course in a professional, literal, or practical setting. The course is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our course or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
